Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases of NIKATRU apps, games and digital content. Because our products are digital goods delivered electronically, the terms below apply.
1. Purchases through app stores
If you bought an app, subscription or in-app item through the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store, refunds and cancellations are handled by that store under its own policy. Please request refunds directly through the store you purchased from:
- Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play — play.google.com → Order history
- Microsoft — account.microsoft.com → Order history
2. Purchases on our website (via Razorpay)
For purchases made directly on nikatru.com and processed by Razorpay:
- Digital delivery: content is delivered/activated immediately, so purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
- We will provide a refund if: you were charged more than once for the same order; the product was not delivered due to a technical failure on our side that we cannot resolve; or a refund is required under applicable law.
- Subscriptions: you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it ends. We do not provide partial refunds for an unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@nikatru.com within 7 days of the charge with your order/transaction ID and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds for website purchases are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days after approval. Timing on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
